Our multiple United States patent’s enable us to engineer the most innovative and profitable solutions to global waste problems by harnessing the untapped potential of waste for conversion into low-cost, clean electrical and thermal energy, along with an alternative fuel in conjunction with another Vista technology. The gasification technology processed all kinds of trash into fuel and then gasifies the fuel in the gasifier where the temperature is between 1200C-1600C during the two staged gasification process. A synthesis or methane type gas is the fuel for the boiler to produce steam manufacturing or other industrial uses. The location of trash processing into fuel and the location to convert the processed fuel into electricity and steam can be designed at different locations or at the same location according to requirement.
The gasification technology has been tested in 32 projects in different countries over the world. It has proved to be the most effective and efficient way to get energy out of trash. It covers less land space, requires less investment, has not second time pollution problems, with highly automatic operation control system and modular design. Its emission exceeds EPA and EU environmental standards for emissions and waste disposal. It eliminates landfill waste, bio-mass, medical waste, industrial waste, tires or other hydro-carbon based waste while producing renewable energy.
